1. Who we are

2. Agreement

By accessing or using aetherskill.com and related studio pages you agree to these Terms and our Privacy notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. The service

AetherSkill provides creator studio tools (for example courses, community, funnels, email, bookings) under plan-based entitlements. Features, limits, and pricing may change. Self-serve billing may be introduced; until then paid plan upgrades may be assigned by us.

4. Accounts & studios

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for content published in studios you control.
• You must not attempt to break security, scrape abusively, or interfere with other users.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create legal or security risk.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate AetherSkill. You confirm you have the rights to publish what you upload and that it does not infringe others’ rights or applicable law.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use AetherSkill to distribute malware, spam, unlawful content, or to misrepresent affiliation with Interactive Enterprises Limited or other brands.

7. Payments

Where Stripe or other processors are used for course checkout or platform fees, their terms also apply. Fees are described on the pricing page or in a separate agreement.

8. Intellectual property

Our branding, site design, and platform software are owned by Interactive Enterprises Limited or its licensors. Do not copy our marks or design in a confusing way.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the platform will meet every business outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interactive Enterprises Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to £100 or the amount you paid us for AetherSkill in the previous 12 months (if any), whichever is greater - except where liability cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. Courts of the Isle of Man have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
