1. Who we are

AetherSkill (aetherskill.com) is operated by Interactive Enterprises Limited, a company registered in the Isle of Man (Company Number 137228C). Corporate site: int-ent.ltd.

We are the controller for personal data processed through AetherSkill unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

2. What this notice covers

This notice explains how we handle personal information when you browse AetherSkill, create a studio account, teach or learn on a public studio, submit forms (funnels, bookings, community), or contact us.

3. Information we collect

• Account data - name, email, password hash, and role (for example studio owner, staff, or learner).
• Studio content - courses, media, community posts, funnels, branding, and other materials you create or upload.
• Learner / lead data - enrolments, bookings, RSVPs, funnel leads, and messages you choose to submit.
• Technical data - IP address, browser type, device info, and server logs for security and operations.
• Payment metadata - when Stripe is connected, payment providers process card data; we may store order references and status (not full card numbers).
• Cookies / analytics (optional) - essential cookies keep sessions and forms working. Optional analytics load only if you accept them. See our Cookie policy.
• Security checks - Cloudflare Turnstile may process a short-lived token / technical signals to reduce bots on public forms.

4. How we use information

• to operate AetherSkill (accounts, studios, learning, marketing tools, support);
• to secure the service and prevent abuse;
• to improve the product and marketing pages (analytics only with consent);
• to meet legal and accounting obligations.

5. Legal bases

Depending on the activity, we rely on: performance of a contract (your account and studio), legitimate interests (security, product improvement), consent (optional analytics cookies), and legal obligation where applicable under Isle of Man / UK GDPR-aligned law.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:

• hosting and infrastructure providers that run the site (including Cloudflare);
• email / SMS / payment tools you configure or that we use to operate the service;
• analytics providers if you accept analytics cookies;
• professional advisers or authorities where required by law.

Public studio pages display the content studio owners choose to publish.

7. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the Isle of Man / UK / EEA. Where that happens we use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.

8. Retention

We keep account and studio data while accounts are active and for a reasonable period afterwards for security, backups, and legal requirements. Server logs are retained for shorter operational windows unless needed for an investigation.

9. Your rights

Subject to Isle of Man data protection law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data, or object to some processing. Contact engagement@int-ent.ltd. You may also complain to the Isle of Man Information Commissioner.

10. Children

AetherSkill is aimed at adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes

We may update this notice. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you have seen the revised notice.
